We do not raise the livestock for the meats that we use in our products but we hold our suppliers to the highest animal care standards. Each supplier is audited and must follow American Meat Institute Guidelines. We ensure that the suppliers we select are the finest in the country with respect to animal care.
Giving back to our community is a part of our secret recipe. We have been in business for over 50 years and are active and support the communities we service. We donate to many food banks and hunger relief efforts across the country. We also strive to hire those who have served our country as the members of the armed forces.
At Holmes Smokehouse we are committed to the environment and making sure we provide an environmentally friendly product that has the least amount of impact on our planet. We only use water-based inks and recyclable materials on our packaging. We make sure that our plants are also geared with energy efficient lighting, water heaters, and that we do our part to conserve energy.
