This is a blog entry about Green Beans cooked to order with bacon trimmings and onion bits. It takes a real cook to make great green beans that taste like more than a plant! Personally, I love green beans and would eat them at almost every meal if someone in my house could cook them this well, unfortunately it takes time that I do not have!
