Pecan Smoked Boudin

Heating Instructions

GRILL - Preheat grill to meduim heat. Place boudin directly over heat. Heat for 6-8 minutes per side turning frequently to prevent burning.

STOVE TOP - Place 1/2 inch of water in a skillet and heat to a simmer. Place sausage in skillet and heat for 6 minutes each side.

MICROWAVE - Place boudin in a microwave-safe dish, add 1/2 cup of water and cover. Heat on high for 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 minutes or until hot. Heating time will vary depending on your microwave.
