½ package Holmes Italian Chicken Sausage Slices (6 oz)
24 whole fresh baby bella mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt

½ tsp onion powder

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems.
Add the cream cheese, Parmesan, salt, pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to a mixing bowl and whip together until well combined.
Space out the mushroom caps upside down on the prepared baking sheet and add the cream cheese filling to each, then top with a slice of the Italian chicken sausage.
Bake until browned and bubbly (about 30 minutes), then let cool for a few minutes before enjoying warm.
